How long does it take for my order to be prepared?

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours after the confirmation.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel if it has been more than 4 hours.
What do I do If the products I received are faulty?
Please contact us at with your order, and a photograph of the defects.
Can I return the product and get a refund?
Due to the made-to-order nature of the monogramming, we cannot offer refunds or exchange of any kind.
We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure the right choice is made.
Please note that as our monogramming is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations.
What delivery options do you offer?
2-3 working days - Royal Mail 1st class
7-10 working days - Royal Mail International Tracked & signed
21-30 working days - Royal Mail Standard Not tracked
