What payment methods do you accept

We accept payment from debit or credit cards and Paypal.

How long does it take for my order to be prepared?

Between 3-5 days 

Can I cancel my order after confirmation? 

You can cancel your order within 4 hours after the confirmation. 

Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel if it has been more than 4 hours. 

What do I do If the products I received are faulty?

Please contact us at guguenquiry@gmail.com with your order, and a photograph of the defects.  

Can I return the product and get a refund?

Due to the made-to-order nature of the monogramming, we cannot offer refunds or exchange of any kind. 

We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure the right choice is made. 

Please note that as our monogramming is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal and Bank transfer only.

Once the payment is cleared, we can start the shipping process.

What product materials do you use? 

PU Saffiano and black suede leather. 

How can I clean the products?

You can use a drop of baby oil and leave it on for few minutes.

Apply slight pressure then clean the dirt off with tissues.

Do you have products in stock?

Yes, we do have all our products in stock.

However, if some of the products are out of stock this may take up to 7 business working days to re produce.  

Can I get a sample

Yes you can for free without personalisation. However, you will have to pay for shipping.

If you want with a personalisation, you will have to purchase in full price.  

Where long will it take to personalise the products?

It is depends on the quantity. This is a very delicate process which we will have to work closely with you

until you are satisfy with the products. Then we can proceed to the quotation & shipping process.

What delivery options do you offer?

We use track & sign service with DHL, Fedex, UPs, TNT, EMS or Thailandpost carrier. 

Tracking code will be provided once the products has been shipped.


What is the shipping time?

Shipping time: 2-3 days to North America, 3-4 days to Europe and middle east.


  • For a small quantity, we suggest shipping by express door to door service as it is more convenient & faster,

  • For a large quantity, it can be shipped by sea or air if preferred. 

Does custom or taxes fee included with the shipping quotation?

The shipping does NOT include any import taxes or fee, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
